METHOD

  1. Place NESTLÉ Reduced Fat Cream, milk, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla in a medium saucepan; bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, remove from heat & whisk in gelatine until smooth and gelatine has dissolved; pour into six 1/3 cup (80ml) dariole moulds.
  2. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Turn out onto a serving dish & top with strawberries.
