- Grease and line base and two long sides of a 25cm x 7cm bar pan with baking paper.
- In a medium saucepan, stir butter, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, golden syrup and sugar together over low heat until simmering; stir constantly for 10 minutes until thickened slightly and golden brown.
- Remove from heat, add NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE White Melts, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan, refrigerate until set. Using a hot knife cut into thin slices.
